Air-stop GLASS BOTTOM SLIDE for glass doors

The drop-down seal closes gaps in doors and windows, retaining indoor temperature while keeping outside air and dust out, providing insulation and significant energy savings. The GLASS BOTTOM SLIDE wind blocker is a special self-adhesive sealing strip designed for sliding securit glass doors. It effectively covers the gap at the bottom of the glass door and offers a simple solution for sealing and insulating glass doors. It is installed easily and quickly at the bottom edge of the door.
Finally, it has the added advantage of blending harmoniously with the glass, delivering an excellent aesthetic result.
Suitable for watertight sealing.

Application:

• Sliding glass doors (10 mm and 12 mm thick), with bottom rail.

Lengths:

•  830mm – 930mm – 1030 mm.

Trimming lengths:

• Up to 150 mm on the opposite side to the plunger. Length 330 can be shortened 50 mm, length 430 can be shortened 100 mm.

Fixing type:

• With high-strength double-sided adhesive tape.

Plunger and adjustment type:

• Actuating lever on sliding door guide side.

Seals:

• 4 fins in self extinguishing coextruded thermoplastic.
• Brush made of silicone oil-impregnated polypropylene.

Technical Characteristics:

• Graduated scissor action (seal drops on hinge side before lock side).
• Mechanism removable from hinge side after fixing.
• 14 mm maximum drop.
• Galvanised steel flat springs and actuators in PA reinforced with 20% glassfibre.
