GLASS BOTTOM air-stop for glass doors

The drop-down seal closes gaps in doors and windows, keeping indoor temperature stable while blocking outside air and dust. It provides insulation and contributes to significant energy savings. The GLASS BOTTOM wind blocker for swing (hinged) securit glass doors is a self-adhesive seal specifically designed to cover the gap at the bottom of glass doors. It offers a simple and effective solution for sealing and insulating glass doors. It is installed easily and quickly at the bottom of the door.
Its design allows it to blend harmoniously with the glass surface, delivering an excellent aesthetic result.

Application:

• Glass Doors (10 mm and 12 mm thick) with bottom rail.

Lengths:

•  830mm – 930mm – 1030mm 

Trimming lengths:

• Up to 150 mm on the opposite side to the plunger. Length 330 can be shortened 50 mm, length 430 can be shortened 100 mm.

Fixing type:

• With high-strength double-sided adhesive tape.

Plunger and adjustment type:

• Nylon-clad steel plunger, adjustable with a 3 mm Allen wrench.

Seals:

• Balloon in self-extinguishing silicone.

Technical Characteristics:

• Graduated scissor action (seal drops on hinge side before lock side).
• Mechanism removable from hinge side after fixing.
• 14 mm maximum drop.
• Galvanised steel flat springs and actuators in PA reinforced with 20% glassfibre.
• 6060 T6 aluminium alloy profiles.
